Performance Evaluation of PIPO M3

　　10.1’’ tablets could be seen any where, but 10.1’’ tablets with dual-core and Android 4.1 system are rare. PIPO Technology launched M2 series not long ago, WI-FI version and 3G version are all available. Days ago, PIPO Technology launched M3 , with WI-FI version and 3G version. M3 has 10.1’’ big screen, pixels upgraded to 1280*8000, 2 pcs of AAC speakers making acoustic effect even better. Pixels of Back camera also improved to 5M, facilitating your video recording and photographing and picture viewing. 　　Overall Appearance

　　Appearance of M3 is different from that of M1 M2, mould design is also totally different from other 10.1’’ tablets. Black in the front side, and dark coffee color on the back, it seems very fashionable, ground metal case make you feel good.

Double-camera

　　　Touch panel is one piece of tempered glass, with a film protector in the package. 2M camera in the front, 5M camera on the back, facilitate video call and photograph.

　　
AAC speakers

　　　There 2 pieces of AAC speakers on the sides of the screen, this design is better than that of speakers placed on back of tablets, making the volume bigger. Positions of the speakers are a little lower, you get to watch out in case of shielding the speakers when holding M3。

Keys on the top

　　　There are ESC , Volume – and Volume + and Menu keys on the upper right side. Power key is on the lower right side. You could operate these keys when you are holding the M3.

Back side

　　　Connecting ports are placed on right side, USB, HOST, HDMI are all available. There is a SIM card port on M3 3G which enables your wireless network connecting. Also, an OTG port is placed on M3, full range of connecting ports enable your various purposes.

　　　Back side of M3 features a piece of ground metal plate, with elegant metal sense, it will leave no finger print or greasy on the metal plate. Besides, nearby the WI-FI receiver, it’s the plastic material that will not affect WI-FI signal.

Earphone

　　Let us have a glance of M3 accessories. As previously, M3 accessories are all packed into a box, including USB cable, OTG cable, 9V 2.5A power adptor, earphone and one user manual, each cable is with magnetic ring providing safety and stability. Display Evaluation

　　PIPO M3 uses 10.1’’ 1280*800 IPS display, let’s have a glance of M3 display.

M3 display

　　　Brightness of M3 is quite moderate, displaying pictures beautifully, comparing to tablets at the same level , M3 is much better. And the brightness could be adjusted. Color saturation and color reproduction are all rich.

Light Leak Test

　　Light leak problem is not existed on M3, it won’t cause any diffuse reflection when watching videos in the dark. We could see that M3 display is excellent.

RK3066 chip, quad-core GPU, good performance.
